| Paul Smith |
| The founder of the firm, Paul Smith, qualified as a Solicitor
in 1975. After becoming a Partner in a City firm of Solicitors
he moved into marine insurance becoming a Director of the
Management Company of a well known Mutual Marine Insurance
Company. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers
and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He
has advised major shipping clients on commercial and shipping
documentation as well as acting in contentious matters on
behalf of both national and international clients in the transportation
industry. He also deals primarily with litigation on behalf
of private and corporate clients.

| Daniel Miller |
| Danny is a solicitor specialising in civil
litigation, often with business or commercial connections,
and employment law. He had an earlier career in senior retail
management before turning to the law in his 30s and taking
a law degree in Nottingham.
His connections with Nottingham continued over many years
including in particular acting as an advocacy tutor for professional
courses provided by Nottingham Trent Law School both in the
UK and the USA.
In 1994 he and two colleagues set up an entirely new practice
in Lincoln with an emphasis on commercial matters and this
continued successfully until 2007 when his business amalgated
with what is now the largest firm of solicitors in Lincolnshire.
During this period he was also for part of the time a deputy
District Judge sitting in many county courts in the East Midlands.

| Bob Harvey-Jenner |
Bob is a litigation executive. He is a qualified Accident
Investigator being a Fellow of the Association of Personal
Injury Investigators. He provides litigation support including
attending court, taking witness statements and instructing
Counsel. His hobbies include music, cooking and motorcycling.

| Sonia Spalding |
| Sonia is an experienced legal secretary.
She provides a high level of
secretarial skills and a practical experience of the workings
of a solicitors firm. Sonia lives in Chaldon and her interests
include wine tasting, theatre, films and cookery.

| Barry Shaw |
Worked for Barclays PLC for 34 years, 24 of
those years in Barclays Trust Company Limited dealing with
the preparation and administration of Wills, Trusts and Settlements.
Qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers
(Trustee Diploma) in 1977. Married with 3 grown up children.
Interests include travel, theatre, reading and supporting
Crystal Palace Football Club.
